We offer complimentary standard delivery on all orders placed before 2pm to UAE addresses to be delivered by the end of 2 working days.

UAE Complimentary Outside Delivery Areas – outside City Limits (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Al Ain, Fujairah, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaima)

We offer complimentary standard delivery on all orders placed before 2pm to UAE addresses to be delivered by the end of 3 working days.

Due to changes in international shipping charges for orders, the price you pay (on your purchase) will exclude any import duties applicable to your local destination. However, these charges must be paid directly to our carrier who will contact you directly once your order has been processed.

PLACING AN ORDER

You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Site. You place your order request for goods from the ROYAL GLORY Site by clicking on the Check-Out button and finally the Pay Now button (in GoViral21.com) at the end of the on-line order process. Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit/debit card. This is not an order acceptance from ROYAL GLORY Online. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the Cancellation section of the Site, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns Policy & Procedure. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy) or if we identify a product or pricing error. If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices indicated for products available via the Site are exclusive of VAT at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus any delivery charges and any VAT charges if applicable.

All orders are payable in UAE Dirhams.

You can pay for products using the following payment options:

CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED:  VISA, VISA DELTA, MASTERCARD, MASTERCARD DEBIT AND VISA ELECTRON. Please note, all credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

For your security and to avoid any fraudulent transactions, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

No credit or debit card details are stored once your order has been placed, unless you have given us permission to do so.

Competitions (including prize draws) are open to all ROYAL GLORY Customers, except employees of the ROYAL GLORY General Trading, the promoter and their immediate families and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
ROYAL GLORY reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.
ROYAL GLORY Perfume reserves the right to grant the voucher to be applied to certain products only.
By participating in the competition and entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material accompanying the promotion.
By participating and entering to the competition, the entrant agrees to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Winners will be notified by e-mail or direct message within the stated timeframe or else 1 month after the end of the promotion. The winner has 5 business/working days to respond in full to the e-mail to claim the prize or another winner will be drawn.
By participating and entering to the competition, the winner(s) consent to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion, and use on websites, magazines or mobile services at any time.
Only 1 entry per person will be taken into account (spammers will be disqualified).
ROYAL GLORY will not accept responsibility for loss through technical fault or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt

Free Samples Terms and Conditions

Promotional free samples are only available during specific promotional periods, whilst stock lasts, and only when you have been prompted to fill out our forms.

This will only be available while stocks last.

We are only able to ship samples to the UAE and countries listed above in this document.
