RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or you change your mind, you have a legal right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 14 days after you receive the products.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us at the postal address or email address shown below, giving details of the products ordered and order number.

All products must be returned in a saleable condition meaning that they must be unused and in their original packaging with any security seals still intact. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any product that you wish to return and make any deduction if there are indications that the products, its packaging, its security seals have been used, removed, broken or tampered with.

Please note that your right to cancel or return a product does not apply to unsealed fragrances which have been opened, tested or partially used.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

The following clauses apply if you wish to return an order delivered to you:

  • Please send a request by email to customerservices@royalgloryperfumes.com for return of a purchased good along with the copy of the Invoice that was originally emailed to you during the Purchase.
  • Complete the “returns form” sent by our customer service team by email and place in box.
  • Place products in original packaging for protection during transit
  • After you have shipped the item, please send an email with documents and shipment tracking number to customerservices@royalgloryperfumes.com regarding your return, and we will email by return with an acknowledgement on receipt of the items.
  • You will receive an email return label and confirmation on the refund made once we received the returned item as originally agreed and intended.

 

REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds on UAE Orders. Within 14 days of us receiving your order back by post or receiving proof that your order was returned to us, we will refund you the original purchase price and delivery charge for your order provided that you return the products to us in a saleable condition. Refunds will be made back to the same card used to pay for the order.

Refunds on outside UAE Order. If you placed your order and paid for it to be delivered to a an international destination, then within 14 days of receiving your Order back by post we will refund you the original purchase price for your order provided that that you return the products to us in a saleable condition. Please note that we shall not refund the original delivery charge or any local customs duties charged to you at checkout and paid to a local customs authority.
